HOW IT WORKS

1. Complete the Donation Form
   Fill out the form below to request your pre-paid UPS shipping label via email. Donation offers are reviewed (not auto-approved), and you’ll hear back within 24 hours.
2. Pack Your Device
   Use any cardboard box and padding. Place your device(s) inside, seal it up, and attach the shipping label.
3. Ship It Out
   Drop your box off at any UPS location, include it with an outgoing UPS shipment, or schedule a pickup.

WHAT YOU CAN DONATE

• We accept functional laptops, tablets and cell phones that are less than 7 years old

• Please include chargers and remove user accounts (iCloud, BIOS passwords, Google accounts, etc.)
• Please do not include software, manuals, or carrying cases.

WHAT IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORT?

A Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a micro-website created for each device donated. DPPs give you peace of mind, proving your device was received and processed. You will be sent a link to your DPP once the device has been processed. DPPs include the following details:

• The device’s make, model, and specs
• Certificate of secure data erasure
• GPS location of the device
• Confirmation that it’s being reused, improperly recycled.
