World Computer Exchange and Sanity Solutions partner to donate over $100,000 worth of monitors and IT equipment to the Digital Empowerment Foundation.
Sanity Solutions, a company that provides enterprise IT solutions worldwide, wanted to donate 420 monitors to a charity in India. Sanity Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer, Sheila Gentile, reached out to World Computer Exchange for assistance in identifying a worthy and vetted recipient.
Within a few days, World Computer Exchange staff identified Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF) in New Delhi, which could benefit from the monitors. DEF works to empower people in rural and remote areas of India through access to technology, digital literacy training, and essential online resources.
The donation included 420 new Lenovo ThinkVision T24i-30 monitors and 225 dual monitor arms, valued at nearly $100,000.
Sanity Solutions arranged for the equipment to be shipped directly to DEF, where it will soon be used to support digital learning and community programs across India.
